In Internet Explorer, the letters appear too big or too small.

IE has a feature that increases or decreases the size of your fonts. You can make adjustments by clicking View > Text Size.

A shortcut would also be to hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard while using the scroll wheel on your mouse. You can also hold down CTRL and press + to increase the size or - to decrease the size of the letters.
