Internet Explorer: “Pop-up Blocker” is Missing

1. Click Start > Run, type regedit and click OK.
2. Click the plus sign next to HKEY_CURRENT_USER
then Software
then Policies
then Microsoft
then Internet Explorer
then Restrictions
On the right side, double-click NoPopupManagement, and set it to 0.
3. Now click on the plus sign next to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
then Software
then Policies
then Microsoft
then Internet Explorer
then Restrictions
On the right side, double-click NoPopupManagement, and set it to 0.
4. Close regedit.
Now the Pop-up Blocker option in Internet Explorer should be available the next time you launch it.
