So you’ve uploaded a photo to Instagram, but now you’ve decided that you may not want that photo out there. You can delete any photo right from within the Instagram iPhone or Android app.
1. Open the Instagram app, then rap the Home (Android) or Feed (iPhone) tab at the bottom of the screen. This will bring up photos in your feed.
2. Tap the three dots (…) that appear under the photo. This will bring up a menu.
3. Select Delete, and the photo is removed from the site.
If there is a way to do this from the website, I couldn’t figure it out.

This does not work!! every time i do this on my android, the deleted photo pops back up on the account! This has happened every time I’ve tried to delete for the past 3 months or so…soo annoying!!
please help me on adding/posting a photo to instagram…step by step if possible thanks
The fastest way to delete multiple photos is to “Like” the ones you want to delete. Then go to your settings and select “Photos I’ve Liked” and delete them one by one from there.
It is still time consuming, but at least it won’t bring you back to the most recent photo in your feed if you are deleting older photos from your account.
Me too. I’ve been searching on everywhere I can think of… Statigram, the new Instagram webpage, Webstagram… you name it. And I have so many photos the app crashes every time I go too far in, or once I delete one photo it goes all the way back to the top of my roll. There are way older photos when I started on this thing in 2010 that I would like to remove. So irritating.
thank you so much!
lots of love xx
But what if you want to delete multiple photos on your feed. There must be a faster way, to delete large amount of photos? no?
