Zune’s suck. I had to send my back to the comany 5 times. It’s till f** u so my mom had to have it taken up with Consumre protection (or something like that). They just want give us the money back for that busted piece of crap. Another the battery is suppossed to last 24 hrs. Mine only lasts 2. Has anyone else had that problem?

Hi, My Zune 30G is frozed while it was rebooting by it self. It just saws me a logo of Zune. Please help me…

Update 2008-12-31: Microsoft announced that there are start up problems with some Zune 30s purchased during the 2008 holidays. The Zune team is working on a fix. If the reset trick described above does not fix your problem keep an eye on http://zune.net/support for more information.

plz help, every time i plug my zune into this computer, it says “to start, update the zune software on your pc,” and i did, its all set up, there are no more updates, and my zune is updated completely, i cant get it to work!!!!! ive tried different usb plugs on this computer, so i know thats not the problem, plz plz plz help, i need my music

My software told me i needed an update so i updated it but afterward when i plugged in my zune the computer said restart required to update. so i said okay and restarted, after the computer was back on and i plugged my zune in it repeated the needed restart request so i repeated it, and ever since then everytime i plug in my zune it says restart needed so i cant sync music to my zune please help i cant afford a new ipod
