		<description>Unfortunately, on my Dell Vista system, I can only change between solid colors.  Selecting an image (either my own or one of the system supplied images) does not work.  The solid color is still displayed.  However, on shutdown, the image will be displayed for a short period of time.  Any way to fix this???</description>
