SubscribePerform a hard reset on your HTC Droid Eris. These steps will clear all data and settings off the device.

i need help understanding how to do the whole hardfor ht reset htc phone droid because my locked up and it wont take my google info and so i canit unlock my phone, and i have had it done before where they wiped my phone clear.

my droid eris locked up due to too many pattern attempts. It asked for a gmail acct and password. I cant seem to remember my password and google is giving me 50 questions. How can i get past this or just reset my phone.
