SubscribeError: “Zune has not passed Windows Logo testing…”
Posted on Nov 19, 2007 under Hardware Tips |You get an error: “The software you are installing for this hardware: Zune has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify its compatibility with Windows XP” when trying to install your Zune.
1. Right-click My Computer.
2. Click Properties, and then click Device Manager.
3. Locate Zune under Portable Devices.
4. Right-click Zune, and then click Properties.
5. Click the Driver tab, and then click Update Driver.
6. Click Install the software automatically (Recommended), and then click Next.
7. After the driver installation is completed, click Finish.
