SubscribeError: The iTunes application could not be opened

The iTunes application could not be opened. An unknown error occurred (0×666D743F)
To solve this issue, try the following steps:
1. Click Start > Control Panel.
2. Open the QuickTime control panel.
3. Click the Audio tab.
4. Uncheck Safe mode (waveOut only) and click OK.
