Click on you iPod under devices
under option section 
select Convert higher bit rate songs to 128 kbps AAC
and they try and copy again.</description>

		<description>following thing worked for my ipod and it&#039;s working perfectly fine now.

Make sure u have backup of data which is there in ur ipod.

1. close the itune 
2. go to C:\Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\My Music\iTunes
3.Move .itl and .xml file to ur desktop
4.Now open itune.It will create new .itl and .xml in the same folder.
5.nothing will be there in ur itune as all the data information will be in .xml file

*** now if u don&#039;t have backup data - go to itunes -&gt;file-&gt;import-&gt;import the .xml file which on desktop.ur data will be back in itunes(not very sure this will work or not)
 
6.now start adding the ur perviously backuped data.(can try with only 1 file)
7.now plug off ur ipod  from USB wait 2-3 sec and plug in again(this step is very important)
