SubscribeError 80070002 Installing Windows Update KB935807
Posted on Nov 26, 2007 under Windows Vista Tips |Users are reporting problems when installing the Windows Update KB935807 in Windows Vista. They get Error 80070002.
This update was supposed to address a vulnerability in the Windows Firewall. Users posted their issues to the Microsoft Forum about this problem, but it seems the thread has been removed for some reason.
I located this suggestion that says to clean out Temporary Internet Files and Download the update manually.
Another solution says that you simply have to create a firewall folder in the location C:\windows\system32\logfiles and this will solve the problem.
