What would my server be in setting my account up? I have put the correct domain in as well as my username.

I followed your steps and tried sending a test email to my outlook account. Received on my pc outlook but did not show up on my droid. Help??

Turns out you are right, but better still, the Droid OS is able to consolidate the information correctly, so actually my Droid view is more robust than my Outlook “master” view.

Not bad. Not bad at all. Kind of wish it would pick up Outlook photos (as a higher priority than Facebook photos), but that’s a nitpick.

I’m trying to sync an outlook account to a Droid X. In the set up I have Calender, Contacts, and Email checked, but only email is syncing up. Contacts and Calender, unable to sync. Is there an option in Outlook that I’ve missed.

  5. Mitch says

Under Accounts you should have an option to choose what you sync with each account. There should be a check box or something for Contacts that you can uncheck and they won’t sync.

I’m planning on doing an exchange sync, but I’m wondering what happens if I enter my Google account like the Droid X is asking first. My Google contact list is obsolete compared to my exchange contacts, and I prefer never to see those on my Droid.

Should I configure to a Google account that doesn’t have any contacts or calendar? Or is this really not a problem?
