5. On the computer, open the drive that represents your device. It should be in My Computer/Computer for Windows users. There should be a drive on the Finder for Mac users.

6. Make a folder named Music. (Not required, but good for organizational purposes.)

7. Copy the audio files over to the Music folder. Supported formats for the Droid Incredible are:

  • MP3
  • M4A (iTunes application AAC, DRM-free only)
  • AMR
  • WMA (8)
  • MIDI
  • WAV
  • OGG Vorbis

8. After copying music, swipe the Notification panel down, tap USB storage, then tap Unmount.

It may take a little while for the device to process the files and make them available to the app. Then you can use the Music application to play your music files on the Droid Incredible.

All the music I copied over (mp3’s) don’t have an album cover with the file; is there a way to add that into the system? Also, it says I have 7 songs but only shows 5 unless I go to the manual list of songs to select it; any way to get the other 2 be show in the opening rotation screen?

Can I move music from my apple itouch to my htc incredible?
    If so, how?

My laptop is dead and I really want to keep my music/videos from the itouch and move it to the htc so I can eventually sell the itouch.
