How to setup an automatic Out of Office message on your BlackBerry Classic device.
- From BlackBerry Hub, select “Menu” .
- Tap the Gear icon, then select “Email Accounts“.
- Select the email account you wish to set the OOO message for.
- Switch “Send Automatic Replies” to “On“.
- Type your out of office message you would like to send within the organization in the “Reply with” field. If you wish to send an automatic out of office reply, set “Send Automatic Replies Outside of the Organization” to “On“, then enter a message in “Reply with“.
