If the PDF your are opening is password protected, getting it open on your BlackBerry Pearl 8100, 8110, 8120 or 8230 can be tricky. Here’s how.

1. Press the escape key when prompted with the Password protected document message.

2. Press the Menu key.

3. Click Password.

4. Type the password to the document and press Enter.

5. Click Retrieve, then click Yes.
