A common question that comes up with BlackBerry users is how to increase or decrease the time the phone rings before it goes to voice mail. It can be too long or too short.
Unfortunately there is no setting in the BlackBerry preferences for this. However a call to your wireless provider should be the solution. It is reported that you might get a person that will tell you they cannot adjust it. It might take you a few calls until you get somebody that knows what they are doing.
