How to prevent ZoneAlarm from blocking a program access to the Internet or network.

1. Open ZoneAlarm. You can usually do this by double-clicking the icon that is loaded by the time.

2. Select Program Control.

3. Find and click the red X for the application you wish to allow.

4. Select Allow.

5. Close ZoneAlarm.
